Lenore was recommended to me by my neighbors. She also lives in Autumn Woods, which was a huge convenience, since she was able to run over to help with many things. I was downsizing from a single family home to a one bedroom apartment. I needed a lot of help selling and donating items. Lenore helped with many of these things. After emptying out the home, she had her cleaning crew come in and they made the house sparkle. I believe the home sold in record time because Lenore had open houses, advertising everywhere, including all social media sites and she was able to negotiate a full price cash offer. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Lenore!
A dear friend of mine who has used Lenore Vitale with John R. Wood Properties before, in selling and buying homes for her mother, recommended her to me. I sold my home in South Naples with her help. There were many things that needed to be prepared first before I could sell. Lenore helped with many of the items, including having her handyman repair the driveway that was cracked. She even had her husband help with removing some items that were no longer needed. The sale of the home was successful and was the highest price paid in my neighborhood. Lenore then went on to help me find another home in Bonita Springs that has already gone up $100,000. in value. She truly made the whole selling and buying a less stressful experience. I would highly recommend her!
