"Lenore was involved in the sale of the home that my family and I were renting. My lease was for two more months. She helped the new owner bring prospective tenants to our house and was always so kind and conscientious of our needs. Lenore gave us plenty of notice before she brought anyone over. She was their tour guide (while we were in the house) and showed the utmost professionalism to us and those people that were viewing our residence. But the BEST part of our experience with her was the go-between, between the new owner and me. We left the house in move-in ready condition and she assisted the new owner by attending the final walk-through on the day of our move. We conveyed our sincere intentions of wanting to receive our whole security deposit back and Lenore hand delivered it to us!!! She obviously has a trusting relationship with her customer and she certainly does with my family and I. Thank you so very much Lenore!!!!"
