We were referred to Lenore by the legal firm handling probate for my in-law's estate. Though we had planned on chatting with a couple of agents before making a final decision as to who to go with.....within 10 minutes of meeting Lenore we were convinced that she was 'the one' and within 15 minutes of that we had agreed on both a marketing strategy and a selling price. We had an offer on the table within a week...and after a bit of negotiation with the buyer....we were able to close on the property in just over a month's time. Lenore's personality, her advance prep, her energy, her knowledge of the area and her use of all of the latest/greatest tools for 'showing' the property, (including Matterport 3 D video) were key factors contributing to the above success. Lenore went above and beyond...helping to arrange for 3rd parties to access the property, (while we were out of the area) and cross a couple things off the list of items called out by the buyer's inspector, (actually I think that Lenore roped her husband into taking care of couple of them.) Her advise and guidance was spot on.... Were we to buy or sell another property in Southwest Florida....Lenore would be the first person we would call.
A dear friend of mine who has used Lenore Vitale with John R. Wood Properties before, in selling and buying homes for her mother, recommended her to me. I sold my home in South Naples with her help. There were many things that needed to be prepared first before I could sell. Lenore helped with many of the items, including having her handyman repair the driveway that was cracked. She even had her husband help with removing some items that were no longer needed. The sale of the home was successful and was the highest price paid in my neighborhood. Lenore then went on to help me find another home in Bonita Springs that has already gone up $100,000. in value. She truly made the whole selling and buying a less stressful experience. I would highly recommend her!
